Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to onsite classes booked with Illinois CPR Certification LLC after a written confirmation. Website quote requests are not bookings until confirmed in writing.

Client cancellation

Instructor or company cancellation

If Illinois CPR Certification must cancel a confirmed class (weather, instructor illness, safety, or similar), you will receive a full refund of fees paid for that session or the option to reschedule at no additional instructor cancellation fee—your choice.

Course completion

Fees cover instruction for the scheduled session. Course completion cards are issued only after AHA skills and written requirements are met; not completing those requirements is not, by itself, grounds for a refund.
